Its dual-band system features a non-elastic band to help stabilize the jaw and an elastic band that provides gentle upward lift for lasting comfort throughout the night. The three-layer net-mesh cap offers breathability, while the 24-component construction ensures a secure, precise fit.

Sizing Guide – Premium

Medium: 21 – 22 inches (53.3 – 55.9 cm)
Large: 22 – 23.75 inches (55.9 – 60.3 cm)
Extra Large: 23.75 – 26 inches (60.3 – 66 cm)

How to Measure:

1. Use a measuring tape and wrap it around your head, just above your eyebrows.

2. Record the measurement in inches or centimeters.

3. Refer to the sizing guide above to find your ideal chin strap size.

How to Wear the Dual Band Chin Strap

1. Using both hands, one holding the strap and the other steadying the cap, secure the blue non-elastic band so it fits snugly. This band prevents the jaw from dropping while your jaw muscles relax during sleep.

2. Adjust the elastic band to provide a gentle upward lift. Only a small amount of additional tension is needed for comfort and effectiveness.

Care Instructions:
Hand wash in cold water and air dry flat. Do not bleach or tumble dry.

• Outer net: 60% polyester / 40% cotton

• Inner tulle net: 100% polyester

• Grey trim/binding: 80% cotton / 20% polyester

• Elastic strap: 62% polyester / 38% latex

• Blue strap (soft band): 90% cotton / 10% polyester
