   Follow the easy setup guide and use the device overnight while you sleep. It’s fully disposable and designed for one-time use—no returns or equipment cleaning required.
3. Automatic Data Upload
   The WatchPAT ONE connects to your smartphone via the app and automatically sends your sleep data to a secure cloud server for review.
4. Report Reviewed by a Sleep Specialist
   A board-certified sleep physician analyzes your sleep study. If sleep apnea is detected, a prescription for CPAP therapy may be issued as part of your results.
5. Results and Prescription Sent to You
   Once your report is finalized, our in-office CPAP clinicians will email your detailed sleep report and any applicable prescription directly to you.
