Fit, Fabric & Care

• Dual-layer net mesh cap enhances ventilation and moisture control

• Ergonomic ear openings improve breathability and comfort

• 24-component construction for a precise, supportive fit

• Soft edge binding helps reduce pressure points and irritation

• Hand wash in cold water and air dry flat, do not bleach or tumble dry

How to Wear the Dual Band Chin Strap

1. Using both hands, one holding the strap and the other steadying the cap, secure the blue non-elastic band so it fits snugly. This band prevents the jaw from dropping while your jaw muscles relax during sleep.

2. Adjust the elastic band to provide a gentle upward lift. Only a small amount of additional tension is needed for comfort and effectiveness.
