How to Use

• Insert the foam noodle into the pouch and secure it using the internal hook-and-loop straps.
• Wear the belt around your chest, positioning the pouch on the center of your back.
• The belt can be worn horizontally (just below the underarms) or vertically, allowing you to adjust the pouch higher or lower on your back for the most comfortable fit.
• Adjust the belt so it is snug but comfortable. You should be able to fit two fingers between the belt and your chest.

Care Instructions

• Remove the foam insert before cleaning.
• Hand wash only with cold water and mild detergent.
• Do not use bleach, machine wash, tumble dry, or iron.
• Allow the belt to air dry completely before reinserting the foam.

Sizing

• The Sleep Noodle is sized by chest circumference, not waist size.
• Measure around your chest and select the size that matches the sizing chart.
• Medium corresponds to the current Standard size.
• Large corresponds to the current Standard Plus size.
• Small has been discontinued and is available only while supplies last.
