




Remote CPAP Support & Comfort Settings (AirSense 10 & AirSense 11)
Need help with your ResMed AirSense 10 or AirSense 11? If you purchased your machine from CPAP Outlet, we can remotely access your device through ResMed AirView to review your therapy data and adjust eligible comfort settings when appropriate.
This service is available exclusively for ResMed AirSense 10 and AirSense 11 machines purchased from CPAP Outlet.
We can help with:
- Reviewing your therapy data
- Reviewing your AHI and therapy trends
- Reviewing mask leak information
- Reviewing usage and compliance data

Adjusting comfort settings such as:
- Ramp Time
- Humidity Level
- Tube Temperature
- EPR (Expiratory Pressure Relief)
- Auto On / Auto Off
- Other eligible comfort settings supported by your device
Pressure Changes
Pressure settings can only be changed when we have:
- A new CPAP prescription, or
- Written authorization from your physician or sleep clinic requesting the pressure adjustment.
We are unable to make pressure changes without appropriate clinical authorization.
This Service Includes
- Remote review of your AirSense 10 or AirSense 11 therapy data
- Remote adjustment of eligible comfort settings (when requested)
- One-on-one support from our CPAP team
- Follow-up confirmation once changes have been completed
Please Note
- This service is available only for machines originally purchased from CPAP Outlet.
- Your device must be registered in ResMed AirView and have an active built-in cellular connection.
- This service does not replace medical advice or physician care.
- If pressure changes are requested, a valid prescription or written authorization from your physician or sleep clinic is required before any changes can be made.
