It uses ResMed’s proven AutoSet algorithm to deliver only the pressure you need, when you need it. If it detects changes in your airflow, it gently increases pressure to keep your airway open, then lowers it again once everything is back to normal. It can even tell the difference between obstructive and central apneas, so your therapy always stays on track.

Quiet and Thoughtful Design: You’ll barely notice the AirSense 10 running thanks to its quiet Easy-Breathe motor. It’s designed to keep both you and your partner comfortable. The built-in light sensor dims or brightens the screen depending on the lighting in your room. If you wake up at night, the screen stays soft and turns off automatically when you’re done, so it won’t disturb your sleep.

Built-In Humidifier for Better Comfort: The integrated HumidAir humidifier helps prevent dryness and irritation, keeping your therapy comfortable all night. You can adjust humidity levels right on the device, choosing from settings 1 to 8—or turn it off completely if you prefer.

Simple Start and Stop: With the SmartStart feature, therapy begins as soon as you breathe into your mask and stops a few seconds after you remove it. No buttons, no hassle.

Easier Breathing with EPR: Expiratory Pressure Relief (EPR) makes exhaling feel more natural by slightly lowering the pressure when you breathe out. You can adjust this comfort setting from levels 1 to 3, or turn it off entirely.

Gentle Ramp to Sleep: AutoRamp with sleep onset detection starts with a lower pressure to help you fall asleep easily. Once it senses that you’re asleep, it automatically increases pressure to your prescribed level.

Heated Tubing & Climate Control: The AirSense 10 AutoSet includes ResMed’s ClimateLineAir heated tubing, designed to deliver consistent warmth and humidity throughout the night. The built-in Climate Control system automatically adjusts temperature and moisture levels to keep your air comfortable and help prevent dryness or condensation inside the tube.

Track Your Progress: The AirSense 10 includes an easy-to-read Sleep Report that shows details like usage hours, mask seal, leak rate, and AHI. It also tracks central apneas and Cheyne–Stokes respiration, giving your doctor valuable insight into your treatment. The device stores your therapy data and can share it wirelessly, making follow-ups simple and accurate.
