We do not sell or share our customers’ personal information with any third parties except if required to do so legally. We collect and store information about the pages viewed by our website visitors. We use this data to identify visitor behavior which will help us to improve the overall site experience. We are not responsible for the Privacy Policy content on sites linked to by CPAPOutlet.ca 

CPAPOutlet.ca does collect a certain amount of information from our customers and visitors to our website. We do this for the effective running of our day-to-day business and in improving your experience with CPAPOutlet.ca We know that keeping your personal information private is very important and we do this responsibly and in accordance with Canadian law. Maintaining your confidence in us is our priority.

Shipping & Returns Policy    

Shipping Policy 

CPAPOutlet.ca offers FREE standard shipping on all orders over $125. All orders shipped within Canada are shipped using Canada Post. Orders are shipped on Monday to Friday only (unless it is a holiday), as Canada Post does not operate on weekends. Orders are picked up by Canada Post between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM EST on Monday to Friday. Any orders that are processed after this time will be shipped out on the next business day. At this time, we do not offer any international shipping options to destinations outside of Canada.

All PAP machines require a prescription before shipment. Prescriptions can be from sleep clinics or family physicians and can be emailed to info@cpapoutlet.ca or faxed to 905-470-8205. Masks and replacement parts do not have this requirement.

ResMed products can only be sold to end users residing in Canada and not to other third parties or businesses.

All product descriptions are provided to CPAP Outlet by the manufacturer of that product and CPAP Outlet is not responsible for any inaccuracies that may arrse.

CPAP Outlet will be closed the following holidays in 2018. Orders will not be shipped on these days, however, online ordering will still be available and all orders will be processed the next business day.

Returns

CPAPOutlet.ca will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. A 10% returns processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that any product that has been opened cannot be returned. Please contact us prior to shipping products back to obtain a return authorization number from us.

To avoid this, we make every effort to help you be sure of sizes and features of all items prior to purchase. As always, please call us if you have any doubt or question about your order before it ships. We can be reached toll free at 855-542-2727

As CPAP products are considered medical equipment of a very personal nature, all machines, including CPAP, APAP, BiPAP and Humidifiers, cannot be returned once the package has been opened, whether the unit shows hours of usage or not. Any warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made by solely by the manufacturer.

CPAPOutlet.ca will accept returns on merchandise sold that have manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact us first for troubleshooting and then, if required, a return authorization number will be issued to you via email. No credits or refunds will be issued until we have received the product into our facilities and examined them. Please note that if any package that arrives with missing items or is damaged in transit, CPAP Outlet must be contacted within 10 days of receipt in order for a claim to be made.
