If you have already been charged for your purchase, will refund you on your original method of payment the amount of the charge.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy 

All orders shipped within Canada are shipped using Canada Post. Orders are shipped on Monday to Friday only (unless it is a holiday), as Canada Post does not operate on weekends.  Any orders that are placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. At this time, we do not offer any international shipping options to destinations outside of Canada.

Shipping promotions that require a minimum purchase amount: Minimum purchase amount is calculated after discount(s), and before taxes. XpressPost and Priority shipping options may cost extra.

All PAP machines require a prescription before shipment. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us toll-free at 1-855-542-2727.

Sending us your prescription for a machine:
Prescriptions can be from sleep clinics or family physicians and can be emailed to or faxed to us toll-free at 1-855-571-7634 (or local fax 905-470-8205).
Masks and replacement parts do not have this requirement.

ResMed products can only be sold to end users residing in Canada and not to other third parties or businesses.

All product descriptions are provided to CPAP Outlet by the manufacturer of that product and CPAP Outlet is not responsible for any inaccuracies that may arrse.

Our office will be closed the following holidays this year. Orders will not be shipped on these days, however, online ordering will still be available and all orders will be processed the next business day.

Returns will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. A 10% returns processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that any product that has been opened cannot be returned.

To avoid this, we make every effort to help you be sure of sizes and features of all items prior to purchase. As always, please call us if you have any doubt or question about your order before it ships. We can be reached toll free at 1-855-542-2727.

As CPAP products are considered medical equipment of a very personal nature, all machines, including CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, Humidifiers and Batteries, cannot be returned once the package has been opened, whether the unit shows hours of usage or not. Any warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made by solely by the manufacturer. will accept returns on merchandise sold that have manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact us first for troubleshooting and then, if required, a return authorization number will be issued to you via email. No credits or refunds will be issued until we have received the product into our facilities and examined them. Please note that if any package that arrives with missing items or is damaged in transit, CPAP Outlet must be contacted within 10 days of receipt in order for a claim to be made. Please do not open any damaged or incorrect items as CPAP Outlet cannot accept returns on any opened products.
