Works well...
Easy to use, but rear strap is not long enough. Had to cut and add another 2 inches of strap in order to make it seat properly on my head. Otherwise, easy to put on, but NOT according to instructions. Found it best to leave it all connected according to my needs and then place on head and pull chin pocket down & over my chin.
