Respironics Nuance Pro Gel Nasal Pillow Complete System Reviews

I have been using this mask for a few months and the nasal pads are more comfortable that others I have tried. The head gear fit nicely in the beginning but now I am finding that the lower back part is slipping up more and more which means a number of adjustments thru the night and there is no way to adjust. Because the pillows are so comfortable I will be buying again but definitely would like to see an adjustment added to the back.

I've been using this one for about a month. Its much, much better than any I have used previously. Little to no leakage, comfortable fit (although some nose irritation at times) and stays on quite well. Its way better than the Resmed P10 which is the closest one like this that I've used.

My name is Gordon. I ordered the Pro Gel Nasal Pillow Mask a couple of weeks ago. It's the best mask I've ever had. Comfortable, no leaking whatsoever, quiet, and you can move around, scratch your nose, wear reading glasses and sleep soundly the whole night. Cannot say enough good things. It's easier to clean than a nasal mask, easy to adjust, easier to put on, just a real dream. Highly recommended!

The loop where the headgear connects to the mask has a seam. The mask always breaks around the 4th or 5th month on that seam.

I have been wearing this style of mask for about 3 yrs, for me its the best, my only complaint is the gel pads come loose and fall off, no big deal the nasal pads seal perfect no leaks, the back sometimes rides up but I still have a great nights sleep, if I wake I just pull the stap back down.

I was given the opportunity to try several masks before deciding on one, and I chose this Nuance Pro hands down. The AirFit P10 wasn't bad but the straps do not adjust, and on the second day the pillows hurt my nose. The Swift FX had great reviews so I tried it, but its pillows leaked air whenever I moved my head. I also tried two nose masks: the Wisp.. that really hurt the bridge of my nose and cheekbones beside my nose, and finally the R&P soft Nasal Mask that was soft but leaked air into my right eye. The Nuance Pro has been comfortable night after night (almost one month now) and I do not have to tighten it to get a good seal. It holds nicely with an upward sweep (I tuck my hair over the back strap). I was really afraid I would not be able to stand any mask with my first tries, but this one really stays put all night long and it doesn't wake me up. The nose pillows are so soft you hardly know they are there. I have just ordered a second one as I feel better knowing I have a backup. Highly recommend this mask

This is an awesome idea but it doesn't work well. The back part slips up and the sides (where the gel cushions) come off and then evenually the flaps in the front start to rip off due to the additional tightening you have to do in order to try to keep the mask on.
