if you've never tried a nasal pillow this might not be for you, but for me nasal pillow is the way to go and these ear loops are genius. I've used the Swift "around the head" gear set up for several years and it leaves a big bump in my hair and it's just generally annoying getting tangled every night. So happy I tried this set up, it's perfect!

The design of this mask didn't work well for me at all. I found that it was too heavy in front which made it keep falling away from my face. I tried to tighten it closer but I still found I was constantly waking up at night as the "pillows" had moved away from my nostrils and I couldn't breathe properly. Not a great design for me.
